General terms and conditions - Sanibell B.V.

1. Applicability

These general terms and conditions apply to all quotes, offers, orders and agreements made through the websites and (online) shops of Sanibell B.V..

2. Privacy and personal data

We process personal data as described in our Privacy Statement (AVG). This Privacy Statement is an integral part of these terms and conditions.

3. Ordering and delivery

  • Orders are normally shipped within 1 to 2 business days of receipt of payment.
  • If an item is temporarily out of stock, the delivery time may vary. Sanibell B.V. strives to ship such items within 21 working days.

4. Payment and retention of title

  • All delivered goods remain the property of Sanibell B.V. until the full invoice amount has been paid.
  • In the absence of (full) payment, Sanibell B.V. reserves the right to suspend delivery or reclaim goods.

5. Returns and exchanges

  • Returns are possible within 1 month from shipping date, provided the product is unused, in original condition and returned in its original packaging.
  • Charged shipping costs will not be credited unless expressly agreed otherwise.
  • Damaged delivery must be reported and returned within 10 days. We will ship a replacement at no charge. If choosing a different item, shipping costs may apply.

6. Refund and actions

  • Credit will be issued upon receipt and inspection of the return in accordance with these terms and conditions.
  • Refunds will be issued within 15 days of processing.

7. Liability

Sanibell B.V. is not liable for damage caused by improper or injudicious use of delivered products. Legal liability remains unaffected to the extent required by mandatory law.

8. Prices and errors

All prices are subject to typographical errors and changes. No rights can be derived from apparent (printing) errors on the website.

9. Third party delivery

For shipping, Sanibell B.V. uses external carriers, such as PostNL or DHL. Loss or damage during transport is subject to the conditions of the carrier. Insured shipping is possible upon request at additional cost.

10. Intellectual property

All text, images and other content on Sanibell B.V. websites are the property of Sanibell B.V. and may not be copied, distributed or used without prior written permission.

11. Corporate customers and resellers

  • For business orders, the legal right of withdrawal does not apply.
  • Reseller accounts are not eligible for consumer promotions or free shipping unless agreed upon in writing.

12. Cancel

If not yet shipped, an order can be cancelled free of charge via telephone contact(+31 186 657 347).

13. Applicable law and disputes.

These terms and conditions are governed by Dutch law. Disputes are exclusively submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands, without prejudice to mandatory provisions for consumers.
